Managed 5-person team of designers and content strategists responsible focused on authentication, store management, and user access. Guided team through migration for enterprise customers. Consult with 6+ internal teams on organization model and navigational implications.

Virgin Pulse is a health and wellbeing platform that helps employees to build better habits through incentivized programs and activity trackers.

Led research and design for migration of employee health coaching service. Managed 4-person team responsible for company’s first design system, user enrollment and onboarding, platform incentives, and custom communications. Operationalized design reviews, UI library contributions, and remote workshops during the pandemic. Steered redesign of web and mobile homepages involving 4 internal teams.

CIBO is an agricultural technology company that helps farmers mitigate climate change and improve growing outcomes.

Planned, scoped, and executed research and design activities for land prospecting and plant gene editing applications.

ACTIVATE CARE | USER EXPERIENCE DESIGNER AND RESEARCHER | SEPTEMBER 2017 - FEBRUARY 2018

Activate care is a health tech company that supports providers and caregivers of patients with complex medical needs.

Worked with VP of User Experience to define and implement research and design processes. Designed and piloted B2C service for adult caregivers.

ASSOCIATION OF HUMAN COMMUNITY SERVICE AGENCIES (ACHSA) | POLICY ANALYST | MAY 2013 - MAY 2016

ACHSA is a policy and advocacy organization that elevates the collective voice of community-based behavioral health and child welfare providers.

Liaised with Los Angeles County Departs of Mental Health officials and 85 mental health and child welfare organizations. Authored 6 newsletter articles per month on policy and funding changes, analyzed surveys on program wait times, and designed a service locator using R Shiny.
